As Managing Partner, Neil is the driving strategic force behind Camp 6’s strategic vision, direction, and execution.

A founding partner of Camp 6, Neil possesses an entrepreneurial zeal. His deep understanding of the complex competitive landscape, integrative business intelligence, and unique perspective is integral to the agency’s success. Neil brings 20 years of sales, marketing, and leadership experience to Camp 6.

Prior to founding Camp 6 with his partners, Neil successful worked with and led sales and marketing teams within the legal, telecommunications, and healthcare industries. A large part of this success is due to taking a deeply engaged and active approach to leading, learning, and managing alongside his colleagues.

Partner and Co-Founder of Camp 6, Ava’s passion for equity and fairness has been a catalyst in revolutionizing the industry.

Ava boasts 20 years of business experience from corporate sales to advertising and finally recruiting. Starting her career as a Corporate Sales Trainer and Field Marketing Manager in fashion sales, Ava then went on to manage a national advertising program for a large retail chain, and business development for a law firm.

It wasn’t until she made the move to work in the recruitment industry that her career felt like it had fallen into its proper place. Working at various top firms, Ava has experience recruiting in sales, marketing, finance, IT, and administration. It is this experience that catalyzed her to advocate for excellence and fairness in recruiting.

As a Partner and Co-founder of Camp 6, Lindsay provides her expertise to lead the marketing team in all its efforts.

Lindsay began her career in the legal world, working as a legal assistant and graduating with a Law Clerk Diploma. After 5 years doing this work in litigation, Lindsay made the leap into the marketing world. She dove head first into the marketing pool, working to complete a Business Marketing Diploma.

With 10 years of collective experience in both law and marketing, Lindsay decided to put her opinions about the industry into action to bring much-needed change to the legal and marketing industries. Working with progressive clients to tackle the recruiting challenges they face, Lindsay is helping to build a more inclusive ecosystem.
